Tile & Laminate Flooring
When the look calls for real porcelain, large-format tile or a specific laminate, we do it properly: floor removed or prepared, screed levelled, tiles laid to a line and grouted — with a photo of every stage.
Noticing any of these?
You don't need to diagnose it — that's our job. Send a photo or a short video on LINE or WhatsApp and a crew lead will tell you what you're dealing with before you book.

- You want large-format porcelain or a specific stone look
- A balcony, terrace or wet room that needs a proper tiled floor
- Cracked or hollow tiles that have to come up, not be covered
- A bedroom or office where laminate's warmth is the point
- Matching an existing tiled floor in an extension or repair

Why is tile always surveyed?+
Removal, levelling and waterproofing vary enormously between a new condo and a 20-year-old townhouse, so a fixed price without seeing the floor would be a guess. The survey is free and the quote is fixed.
How long does a tile floor take?+
Allow 3–5 days for a typical living room including removal and curing; a balcony 1–2 days. Laminate is faster — most rooms in a day.
Laminate or SPC?+
SPC for anywhere that might get wet and for overlaying tile; laminate where you want a thicker, warmer board in a dry bedroom or office. We bring samples of both to the survey.
