Oscillating tool and hand rakes take every joint back to the tile edge — never grouting over the old, which fails within months.
Clean & check
Joints vacuumed and washed, loose or hollow tiles re-fixed, the shower floor fall and drain checked while everything is open.
Regrout & reseal
Cement grout with mould inhibitor as standard, or epoxy grout that never stains. Corners and fixtures resealed with sanitary silicone.
Cure & report
Grout sponged and polished, room cleaned, 12-hour cure before the shower is used. Before/after photos sent on LINE.

Regrout or retile?+
If the tiles are sound and you like them, regrout — a day and from ฿4,900 versus a week and ฿30,000+ for a retile. If tiles are cracked, hollow or you want a new look, retile. We'll tell you which honestly at the survey.
How long before I can use the shower?+
12 hours for cement grout, 24 for epoxy. Regrouted in the morning, showering the next morning.
Is epoxy grout worth it?+
In a shower that gets used daily, yes — it doesn't absorb water so it never blackens. It costs about 40% more and needs a skilled hand, which is why we quote it separately.
