Survey & samples
We check the existing floor is flat to 3 mm over 2 m, measure every room and door, and bring plank samples to see in your light.
Prepare the base
Loose tiles re-fixed, high spots ground, gaps filled. Skirting removed for reuse or replaced, doors trimmed for the new height.
Lay & click
Underlay rolled, planks clicked in a staggered pattern from the longest wall, expansion gaps at every edge, cut around pipes and frames.
Finish & report
Skirting and thresholds fitted, floor cleaned, every room walked with you. Before/after photos and the plank code sent on LINE.

Can it go over my existing tiles?+
In most Bangkok condos, yes — that's what SPC is designed for. We only need the old floor flat and solid. Removing tile is rarely worth the mess and cost.
Is it really waterproof?+
The plank is. Spills, wet mops and humidity don't affect it, and it can go in kitchens and bathrooms. Standing water for days could still reach the subfloor, which is true of any floating floor.
How does it feel underfoot?+
Firmer and warmer than tile, quieter with the underlay. Thicker planks with an attached pad feel closest to timber, and we'll show you both.
