Furniture wrapped, floors dust-sheeted, sockets taped. Cracks raked out and filled, holes patched, glossy areas keyed, everything sanded and dusted.
Prime where needed
Bare filler, stains and damp patches get a sealing primer so the top coats stay even and the stain doesn't bleed back through.
Two full coats
Roller on the flats, brush-cut edges and ceiling lines by hand. TOA SuperShield or Nippon Odour-less as standard; Jotun and Dulux on request.
Walk-through & report
Dust sheets off, floors cleaned, every wall checked with you under daylight and lamp. Before/after photos and colour codes sent on LINE before we leave.

Common questions
How long does it take?
About one day per 35–40 m² of floor area: a studio in a day, a two-bedroom in two. Ceilings, feature walls and heavy repair add time, and the quote states the exact days.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
Take pictures off the walls and clear small items off shelves. We move and wrap the furniture, cover the floors and put everything back.
Which paint do you use?
TOA SuperShield or Nippon Odour-less as standard — washable, low-odour, the brands every Bangkok hardware store stocks for touch-ups. Premium ranges from Jotun or Dulux are a small upgrade shown in the quote.
