How long does it take?+
About one day per 35–40 m² of floor area: a studio in a day, a two-bedroom in two. Ceilings, feature walls and heavy repair add time, and the quote states the exact days.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?+
Take pictures off the walls and clear small items off shelves. We move and wrap the furniture, cover the floors and put everything back.
Which paint do you use?+
TOA SuperShield or Nippon Odour-less as standard — washable, low-odour, the brands every Bangkok hardware store stocks for touch-ups. Premium ranges from Jotun or Dulux are a small upgrade shown in the quote.
