Can you just paint over it?+
We can, and it will look fine for a few months — then the stain or bubble comes back. Fixing the cause costs a little more once and it's included in every wall-repair price we quote.
What if the damp is from the neighbour's bathroom?+
It often is, in condos. We give you the moisture reading and photos so the juristic office or neighbour has something concrete, then repair your side once the source is sorted.
How long does a repair take?+
A crack or hole: same day. A damp wall needs to dry after treatment — usually two visits a few days apart. The quote states the days.
